Shipping is FREE within Europe. All orders are shipped with Full Tracking and Insurance so you can rest assured that you will receive your order. Our Customer Care team is here to help answer any questions you may have by either by phone or email, we generally reply within a couple of hours.
We will let you know as soon as your order has shipped. Orders will typically arrive between 2-5 business days within Europe.
All orders are Fully Insured and come with a Tracking Number that you can use to track your package.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the address you enter in during checkout is the correct address. We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
